OUR STORY

About Hallel

We exist to make a place where the glory of God is felt, named, and carried home.

Hallel Community was founded in 2021 with a single conviction — that worship is not an event but a way of being. What began as a small prayer circle carrying one chorus grew, season by season, into something none of the founders fully anticipated.

Today, Hallel is home to a mass choir of over 400 voices, a music academy in its second season, a mentorship programme shaping the next generation of ministers, and a foundation reaching beyond the walls of any gathering.

We are not trying to build a platform. We are trying to build a people — formed by worship, sustained by community, and sent into the world carrying something real.

VISION & VALUES

What Guides Us

Worship

Everything begins at the altar and returns there. We hold worship as the centre — not a warm-up, not a programme item, but the reason we exist.

Community

We grow as one body, carrying each other across seasons. The choir rehearsal is as sacred as the concert. The relationship is the ministry.

Excellence

We honour God with discipline, craft, and beauty. Excellence is not perfectionism — it is the decision to offer our best, every time.
